Interim Executive
At Timberline will step in for various periods of time to fill leadership gaps. The goal is to bring specialized expertise and immediate leadership to maintain stability, drive strategic initiatives, or manage organizational transformation until a permanent hire is made.
FRACTIONAL INTEGRATOR
The overarching goal of this engagement is to support the Visionary, strengthen the Leadership Team according to EOS® principles, and position the Company for scalable, sustainable success with companies that don’t currently have an Integrator.
VISIONARY/ INTEGRATOR OPTIMIZATION
The purpose of this short-term engagement is to act as a catalyst for the optimization of the already existing skills of the Visionary and the Integrator. This work will improve accountability, processes, communication, and maximize the potential of the leaders.
LEADERSHIP TEAM COACHING
This ongoing coaching opportunity is for teams looking to grow to their fullest potential. The goal is to conduct regular meetings with each team member to improve leadership skills and to impact day-to-day operations.

The purpose is to bring an outside perspective to identify gaps and help prepare the company to succeed with the right systems and structure. Lean on someone who's been there before and, together, build a cohesive vision for the future. Work with a trusted advisor to help navigate the challenges in leading a small to mid-sized organization.
